U.K.'s WRATHCHILD Reforms As PSYCHOWRATH: First Photo Available
September 16, 2006British glam veterans WRATHCHILD have reformed with three quarters of their original line up. It is more of a "rebirth", though, as the band have decided to call themselves PSYCHOWRATH. The lineup consists of original bandmembers Eddie Starr (drums),Phil Vokins (guitar) and Marc Angel (bass),plus new vocalist Gaz Harris (BEYOND RECOGNITION).
PSYCHOWRATH will be playing live dates soon, and the setlist will consist of brand new material plus some old WRATHCHILD favorites.
The first picture of the new band has been posted on the WRATHCHILD tribute site message board.
WRATHCHILD, who released three albums in the 1980s ("Stakk Attakk", "The Biz Suxx" and "Delirium"),have long hinted at reforming and indeed late last year it was reported that the group were rehearsing with three quarters of the most popular lineup — Rocky Shades, Eddie Starr, and Marc Angel, plus original guitarist Phil Vokins. However in an about-turn, reported on the unofficial WRATHCHILD web site's message board, the band chose a new singer in Gaz Harris.
